You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase under EU consumer law. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Start a return by emailing us — we'll send the return address and instructions within 24 hours.
Custom pieces
MAKE YOUR OWN STATEMENT. tees are printed to the exact wording you submit, so they're made specifically for you. Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods personalised to a customer's specification, which means custom pieces can't be returned simply for a change of mind or a change of wording. This does not affect your rights where an item arrives faulty, damaged or printed differently from what you submitted — see below — and it does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. Please check spelling, punctuation and capitalisation before ordering: we print your statement exactly as you type it.
Wrong size?
Contact us and we'll sort an exchange for the right size where stock allows, or a refund once the original is on its way back.
Faulty or misprinted?
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it free — no return shipping, no forms, no debate. This applies to custom pieces too.
