You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase under EU consumer law. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Start a return by emailing us — we'll send the return address and instructions within 24 hours.
Wrong size?
Contact us and we'll sort an exchange for the right size where stock allows, or a refund once the original is on its way back.
Faulty or misprinted?
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it free — no return shipping, no forms, no debate.
